The 5th BalticClimate Newsletter

The BalticClimate newsletter is meant for local and regional authorities, their advisors, businesses in small and medium sized cities and rural areas in the Baltic Sea Region as well as for other projects related to climate change, national institutions providing climate change information, journalists, students of related subjects and anyone interested in the subject.

In the fifth issue of the BalticClimate Newsletter we offer you an insight into the Conference "Pathfinding through Climate Change", which was held in Riga, Latvia, November 8^th – 9^th 2011, including reflections on the parallel sessions in Transport, Energy, Agriculture and  Planning/Housing sectors, presented by the session moderators, as well as the main conclusions from the panel discussion.
